Got mine from a lockbox that I think was from strath but not certain as i had several at the time. Put on AH for 335g, advertised once in trade, it sold almost instantly. Darkspear server.

i just sold my plans i got from onyxia for 400g on my sever came out to be 381g after AH cut
but it sold instantly as well

Dropped from Azuregos today. Killed many of the rare dragons etc on my server and this is the first time I have ever seen this drop or be placed on the AH.

Needless to say, I shall be selling this for a lot of gold on the AH. Things like this just do not come around very often.

Most likely one of the rarest BS patterns you can get in the game today.

You need to be Master Hammersmith to be able to craft this weapon. You don't need to be to learn it though.

The following Blacksmithing weapons are said to have recipes in the Coilskar Chests . The drop rate for these items are frustratingly small. So small it might not be worth the time for farm here. Instead, allow me to suggest BC Raids and Heroic Dungeons. It also seems to have an increased drop rate from rare elites in the BC areas. But, it is important to note that ALL BC mobs can potentially drop these plans.
